Lynn A. wadleigh, CPA

Lynn A. Wadleigh, CPA, CMA, MBA, is our principal CPA. She brings to the practice over 25 years of experience in the accounting field. Lynn is a graduate of Queensbury High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Albany. She later obtained her Master of Business Administration from the College of St. Rose. She began her career with Ernst & Young CPAs in Albany, NY and then held senior financial management positions with Kadant Inc., AngioDynamics Inc. and most recently was the CFO of WWAARC. She lives in Queensbury with her husband, Glenn, where they raised four children and one Yorkie-Poo. She has been actively involved in her career with many non-profits including volunteering for Junior Achievement, Catechist, Special Olympics, United Way, Double-H Ranch, Adopt a Highway and others. She is currently the treasurer for the WAIT house. She is a member of the AICPA and the NYSCCPAs. Lynn is currently a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties at 178 Glen Street in Glens Falls. She works with commercial and residential clients.

E. Peter marshall, CPA RETIRED

E. Peter Marshall is the founder of Marshall Associates CPAs. He is a Glens Falls Saint Mary’s Academy graduate and he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College in 1963. E. Peter started his career with Urbach, Kahn & Werlin CPAs, where he helped open their first office in Glens Falls. After a decade with the firm, he started his own CPA practice. He has been providing accounting, audit and tax services for over forty years, with clients in Glens Falls, Lake George, Bolton Landing, Vermont and the Albany area. E. Peter is a member of Kiwanis Club, The Glens Falls Rotary, and served on the WAIT House board for several years. E. Peter spends his free time golfing, cycling, and boating on Lake George. E. Peter also enjoys travel with his wife, Christine; Maine and Florida are their favorite destinations. His five children all live in the local area employed in various professions and his thirteen grandchildren attended many of the local school districts and colleges.

Rita MArshall Dixon RETIRED

Rita M. Dixon was a Staff Accountant with Marshall Associates for the past twenty years. She graduated from Queensbury High School, earned her Associate’s in Banking Management at SUNY Adirondack, then received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh. Rita held various accounting positions prior to joining Marshall Associates full time. Rita has a handful of bookkeeping clients that she services separately from her role at Marshall Associates. She is an active volunteer at the local soup kitchen and her church. She lives in Moreau with her husband, Jack, and a few cats and dogs. Rita enjoys playing bingo, spending time in nature and helping birds, butterflies and any animal in need. She is also fond of boating on the Hudson River, where she recently purchased a summer camp.
